"Canine Castle has been my kennel of choice since 2001 when I received
short notice change of station orders sending my family and I overseas.
I was unable to immediately transfer with my dogs due to travel
restrictions at our foreign destination. As a result I had to board my
three dogs at Canine Castle for almost two months. Ken was most
understanding of my situation and boarded our dogs for the entire time
while even giving us a break on their usual fee to help us save on the
overall cost. Upon completion of my tour and return to the states I was
again a repeat customer. Upon approval of my retirement and subsequent
transfer to Las Vegas I found myself in a similar long term boarding
situation for almost three months. Ken agreed to the boarding and again
gave us a break on the fee.I highly recommend their kennels and services
to anyone requiring short or long term boarding. You can rest assured
that your family members will be in good hands."
